Once a month, you can join me right here for tips and tricks to help you make the most of your tracking experience with us. This month’s recommendation is that you learn how to change your account password.

You will have been given your login details when you first signed up with us. You are welcome to continue using those login details, however we strongly recommend setting your password to something more secure and memorable to you as soon as possible after your order is dispatched.

It is also generally recommended that you update your passwords every 3 months or so, in order to maximize your online safety and security and keep hackers at bay. Our website is secure, we never unnecessarily share your login details/account information with anybody, and we never sell them (view our Privacy Policy, here); however it is still important to take steps to make it more difficult for your online accounts to be targeted.
