My experience with GPS Tracking started as Technical Sales and Account manager in the Asset tracking business selling Tracking devices to security companies and Private Investigators. Through my experience I wanted to provide a tracking service without the contracts element. I set up Trackit247 Ltd in 2011 with the main objective of providing a tracking service eliminating the contracts element and maintaining a low cost solution for small to large businesses to monitor their vehicles, assets and staff. My main aim is to provide a great service to our customers to the best of our abilities without any long term contracts & without complicated plans or tariffs.
That is what we have achieved with Trackit247.

Senior Technical Support Manager
Darren joined the Trackit247 team in 2012 where he started off getting our tracking devices ready for customers and providing basic technical support. Darren now is our Senior Technical Support Manager and also looks after all our special projects that we get involved with. He also has strong analytic skills and gets involved with all aspects of the TracKit247 while providing on-going support to all our major accounts.
Darren has worked in the IT Technical support industry for over 15 years in a number of different business sectors.
Trackit247 has given Darren the opportunity to grow his skills in a number of different projects and all aspects of business and he continues to strive to improve our control panel software and maintain our high level of customer support which is a primary goal!

Harsha looks after all aspects of the accounts and administration for Trackit247. She is our first line of contact dealing with any enquiries with Customer Focus being our priority.

Technical Support Analyst / Customer service
Joe joined the Trackit247 team as Technical Support Analyst at the start of 2017. As our newest member of our team he has quickly developed his knowledge of the tracking industry and our tracking system & devices, allowing him to provide technical support to all our Trackit247 customers.
Previously Joe finished his apprenticeship in IT Support, giving him a good understanding of the technical support role.
Trackit247 has given Joe the opportunity to learn and develop his skills whilst being involved in projects and testing out new devices and products.
Joe is a very competent graphics designer, his skills allow us to design in-house marketing material.
