Covid-19 Contingency Planning
With the ever-increasing concerns around Coronavirus (Covid-19), our top priority at Trackit247 is the health and safety of our staff and customers. We’re taking proactive steps and following government advice to minimise the risks.
Support & Activation’s
Our software and online web platforms are un-affected and are operational as normal.
Currently, staff are working from their homes, customer support hours remain unaffected at this time. Phone lines are being monitored and available as normal.
We do however ask that where possible please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will respond to any queries you may have as quickly & effectively as we can under these circumstances.
Orders & Shipments
Orders are still being processed and shipped out as normal. Our courier services (DPD Local) have provided an update informing that all parcel operations continue as normal. We will assume no changes with deliveries and will continue as normal. Should your order be affected by delays, please be considerate and understand the circumstances.
Customer Returns & Repairs
We will still accept customer returns for repairs as usual, but please be aware that there could be delays on us sending these back to you. Please allow for extra repair & return time and only ship units back to us where absolutely necessary. We will try our best to update you on the progress on returns also, if you would like to return a tracker or request an update please email us on email@example.com
In these unusual circumstances, we ask for your understanding if requests take longer than normal to complete. We’ll let you know if there are any significant changes that are likely to impact you.
