Once a month, you can join me right here for tips and tricks to help you make the most of your tracking experience with us. This month’s recommendation is that you try setting up Push Notifications within your mobile app.
This quick and easy process will enable you to receive alerts similar to text messages for any important updates, such as motion; fence/zone; and power alerts. If you are somebody who prefers to see the notification pop up in the notification panel on your mobile instead of potentially being lost in a sea of business emails, this tip is for you.
The perk of using this feature is that, unlike text message alerts, this will not use up any of your allotted monthly SMS credits. This is helpful for those who need to use SMS credits to immobilise and remobilise their vehicles often; and it gives users the peace of mind that comes with knowing they will not run out of credits when they least expect it.
