Our team is made up of dedicated professionals with diverse backgrounds in technology, customer service, and logistics, all united by a common goal: to provide top-notch tracking solutions tailored to your needs.

From our operations team working on updates and improvements, to our friendly support staff who are always ready to help, each member of the Trackit247 family plays a crucial role in ensuring you receive the best service possible.

Sanjay Mistry
Director

Having started Trackit247 from his home office over 15 years ago, Sanjay continues to lead the team with passion and enthusiasm. Outside of work, he does his best to keep active, and loves walking, playing (or trying to) his guitar, riding his motorbike, and travelling to exotic and far reaches of the world with Harsha.

Harsha Mistry
Finance Director

Also a founding Trackit247 leader, Harsha leads our finance division, as well as adding her creative skills into marketing and office projects. A lover of music, yoga, cooking, travel, and all things natural health and wellbeing, she’s recently started making her own chemical-free home made skincare products.

Connor Cawley
Operations Manager

Having joined the team in April 2023, Connor ensures the smooth running of business operations – overseeing marketing, technical support and customer service. A sport fan through and through, he’s a season ticket holder at Arsenal, and in his free time enjoys attempting to play football, and hitting the golf course.

Sarah McCann
Accounts Assistant

With a working background in logistics, Sarah understands the importance of having, and likewise the consequences of not having GPS trackers and reliable reporting software. Outside work, she spends a lot of time walking her two poodle breed dogs, and when her young daughter is asleep, likes to binge watch a good Netflix series.

Amelia Ritchie
Marketing Manager

Originally from New Zealand, Amelia manages all things marketing – working to get the word out about our comprehensive tracking offerings. When not in the office or completing study in cyber security, she loves car shows like Salon Privé and Goodwood, Scottish country dancing, and volunteering for London Search and Rescue.

Glenn Mitchell
Customer Service Representative

Our resident social butterfly, Glenn joined us in June 2023. When he’s not providing friendly customer care and exemplary service, he enjoys theatre, football, and cocktails. Fun fact – he’s appeared on Crimewatch (acting as a police inspector of course!), and once met Phil Mitchell whilst on a plane to Ibiza.

Ryan Chick
Technical Support Advisor

Since November of 2022, Ryan has been providing excellent comprehensive technical support to customers and non-technical team members alike. Outside of work, he’s into all things military, history, and politics, and has even had the chance to drive both Russian and British tanks.

Jay Mistry
Technical Support Advisor

Jay has been with us since October 2023, advising customers on all things trackers and technical, and supporting the team on other technical matters. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time in the gym, taking Leo on nice long walks, and has an interest in cars and motorsports.

Jack Kemp
Fulfilment Co-Ordinator

Having been with us since September 2022, Jack manages all things fulfilment – managing stock levels, as well as the preparation and distribution of orders. In his spare time, he enjoys listening to music, watching movies and TV, and gaming, along with learning and practicing French.

Head of Security

As our formidable (formidably cute) Head of Security, Leo patrols the office in search of treats, laps, and scratches – and of course keeps us safe whilst keeping watch from his perch at the window.
