What are BLE Devices?

Built for simplicity and affordability, our BLE trackers are designed to work in environments where traditional GPS tracking struggles to take place.

We are pleased to announce our latest product offering, the BLE range. This range of asset tracking devices provides an alternative to standard GPS trackers, offering a solution where traditional GPS trackers are not suitable. Unlike traditional GPS trackers, BLE devices do not rely on satellite signals. Instead, they use nearby mobile devices to provide frequent location updates, even in areas where traditional GPS trackers struggle to find a signal. This makes them ideal for assets stored indoors and outdoors.

BLE devices can be made much smaller and more discreet than GPS trackers which has allowed us to become increasingly innovative with different shapes and sizes when designing our product range. Despite their compact design, they still deliver the long battery life needed for reliable, long-term asset visibility.

BLE Magnetic Tag - The BLE Magnetic Tag is a discreet, robust and weatherproof tracking solution designed to protect vehicles, machinery and equipment. Featuring an ultra-strong magnetic mount, this device can be securely attached to almost any surface.

BLE Tool Tag - 2 shapes available - The BLE Tool Tag is a compact device designed to help businesses keep track of high-value equipment such as tools and machinery. Its discreet design makes it easy to conceal in high value items.

BLE Sticker - The BLE Sticker is an intelligent adhesive device designed for flat surfaces. This product comes in either a 60-day or 12-month battery capacity, ideal for both short term and long term tracking.

BLE Card - The BLE Card features an ultra slim, waterproof design, perfect for a wide range of asset tracking, from containers to equipment with limited space available.

BLE Tube - The BLE Tube tracker features a durable waterproof housing and is specifically designed to fit securely into circular indents such as pallets and scaffolding.

What is BLE?

"BLE" stands for Bluetooth Low Energy, a wireless technology used to track nearby assets while using very little battery power, by connecting to nearby mobile devices. BLE technology has allowed us to build some of the smallest, most versatile tracking/locator devices whilst retaining excellent battery life.

Are BLE devices easy to setup?

Absolutely! BLE devices work straight out of the box, and can be easily attached to a variety of surfaces and assets.

Will others be notified this tracker is nearby?

No. Unlike other devices on the market that alert people when they are in close proximity to a BLE device, our devices do not notify or alert people nearby of their presence.

Are BLE devices expensive to purchase?

No - Our BLE devices are designed to be an affordable tracking solution with minimal or no monthly cost, depending on the device you choose.

Can I expect BLE to be as reliable and durable as GPS?

Yes. BLE is designed to provide a reliable and durable solution comparable to GPS. While the two technologies operate differently, BLE can deliver consistent performance when deployed in the most challenging environments such as rural locations with poor GPS signal.

What is the range of these BLE devices?

Our BLE devices can connect to compatible mobile devices within a range of up to 100 meters.
