Important information regarding Google Chrome browser
We would just like to inform you that customers using GOOGLE CHROME to log on to the Trackit247 Control panel may have issues with Microsoft Silverlight. Google have stopped any Microsoft Plugins ie. Silverlight. This may be resolved but we are currently unsure and if this changes we will update this news post.
This issue is unfortunately outside of our control and we would recommend that when using our control panel you use Internet Explorer or Firefox which should not be affected by this Silverlight issue.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause our customers but we are working on developing our control panel to work through html so there will be no requirement for the Microsoft Silverlight plug-in in the future. We will keep you updated on that.
Please always check that and any question please do not hesitate to contact us anytime. Also we would be grateful if you could like us on FACEBOOK where we post important notices.
Thank you for your continued support.
